@epj+1tIEFXxn Who are they? The Top 1%. They need to control everything in this world. You will have a say if you are one of them . If not, stay quiet and accept it. You didn't invest anything to take risk to question them. If you are in middle, you accept the push from the top and pull from the bottom ( freebies).

It's funny that you think performance matters anymore OP. The only "performance" the ivory tower occupants care about, OP, is whether or not you'll work in I&P for peanuts. My understanding is that many of the layoffs are due to location strategy and existing business lines. Many individuals are being let go regardless of their performance. Your comments are rather naive.
