Hearing rumors from a few VPs and SVPs about some flexibility returning, such as the optional WFH on Fridays but nothing confirmed as of yet. Has anyone else heard this?

The only change in flexibility is that they'll let you go to a dentist appointment without taking a sick day.
@qd You are fake news.
Jennifer Laclair said changes around flexibility are coming soon in her VP call this week. She didn't give specifics. So, it appears more flexibility is coming.
Which locations no longer have tax breaks? Which will be the next to go? Will it be Hagerstown? Omaha? Coral Springs?
What about the environment? How are we offsetting the carbon footprint? Fiserv requiring travel to and from work increases carbon emissions and they advertise our supposed care for the environment on LinkedIn. Speaking (figuratively) from both sides of the mouth?
@eq We don't get that much money from tax breaks when doing the trade off of loss of talent.
Small numbers compared to the institutional knowledge and people who are not mouth breathers that already left.
@em Follow the money.
We have an insane amount of money tied up in real estate, and we rely on tax breaks from local governments (who want people in offices).
@ab not even considering it for efficiency or competition sake? How incompetent are these people?
OP is the same $250 rocket bro
The Working Time Rules policy for EMEA was updated just this month and makes no mention of any change to the RTO policy.
Let’s all hold our breath! 1……2……3!!!!
Ain’t gonna happen, bud!
BS, show a policy document for this. fi has a policy for everything.
Dream on
This is absolutely not being considered.
I obviously can’t prove it to any of you, but I would know if this was being talked about.
This has already been confirmed by HR. it is true for the highest performers in departments that have MC approval to offer it. ask your VP or SVP if your department is participating.
I also heard this until I woke up from my sleep.
