They will not be done any time soon. Maybe it'll be okay for a week or two or even a month but then we'll be hearing about more cuts. There is no more 'safe,' I wish people would understand that. The business strategy is to keep costs down through reductions in the workforce. That's the reality.

@ehs+1gUNIAPA Thank you very much for the response. Appreciate it. Ohh okay, do you mind if I DM you ? Thanks
@ehs+1gUNIAPA, If you dont mind me Are you talking out the amex people in Tech? What org is this?
@ijn+1gUNIAPA I would take the other offer. I'm 3 months from eligibility for my second sabbatical and desperately looking elsewhere, especially after this. They will overwork us all even more until they replace and lay us off too. Also executive leadership is truly awful. They have no idea what they're doing. Seriously, some of the biggest imbeciles running the company. Unless the AMEX people are gone it will not get better. They are all extremely under qualified and the only ones being promoted. The entire NY office is embarrassingly inept save like 2 people.
It’s one of the best places to work though
Hi, I recently joined paypal and still have an offer from other company. Is it better to switch? I'm very much concerned about PayPal layoffs. Please let me know your thoughts
yes to india
They're shipping all these jobs overseas and screwing over long term employees
