I an leaving because of Gibbons and his SLT Gaboons. I have too many outside options to deal with the toxic mess of FIG! Not sticking around to watch this train wreck. Gibbons is nuts and MW is a back stabbing fool who throws sales under the bus because he is incompetent.
What is there to sell? The brand has been destroyed
Do we even NEED that many sales people? Most of our sales are renewals that legal does all the work for. Most of the sales people I’ve worked with barely know the first thing about the products or their clients and are just trying to bully product into making promises they can’t deliver on.
If he leaves then his armed security would also lose their jobs. There won't be a reason for this replacement to need armed security.
They would struggle with the same because of what Frank stripped away. BUT - we need a LEADER others would follow - one with a vision, who build back trust and morale. Make it better for the ASSOCIATES!! And... he-l NOOOO to MW! He is equally BAD and incompetent
Who would be better than Gibbons? Don’t you think the next leader would struggle with all the same issues?
They should make him announce soon if he is retiring. Lots of senior people we can not afford to lose are waiting to leave this summer because of his atrocious style of leadership. He thrills in watching good people leave, thinks that makes him relevant. Never.
Why do these Csuite make millions, destroy what was good, treated as though they are gods, degrade professionals and their livelihood and then leave us taking care of their mess? Meanwhile we are working overload, still the same cr-p pay, with a meets expectations?

Hopefully Gibbons will follow FB right out the door and disappear into the unknown. Have heard he’s retiring soon

Gibbons is a poor leader. It’s that simple. Our support is the worst in the industry.
No investment in product = Gibbons to blame
poor Service = Gibbons to blame
Gibbons blames everything on sales rather than owning HE messed up a great biz.
No one wants to deal with Gibbons. He has no clue about the business!!!! Thats why.
FIG hasn't made any new investment in their products in the last four years. The sales pitch from the last four years hasn't changed. Maybe the salesmen don't have it in them to go to the clients for a fifth time in a row with the exact same presentation?
Don't need sales to consolidate cores or deconvert clients. Hard to sell when current customers aren't getting great support, or potential customers talk to existing customers about service satisfaction.
They just reimplemented previous commission structure so I’m guessing that was part of it.
