I happen to know for a fact, A FACT, that if you don't participate in Pulse your name is flagged. They know exactly who and who does not participate in Pulse. It's an unsaid rule that every employee WILL participate. Also Pulse is NOT 100% anonymous. If you cross the WOKE line in your comments you will be flagged and targeted! Also if you give bad marks all the way down they toss it as an "outlier". In a nutshell Pulse is used for change but like anything else, if you misbehave in your survey it will be at your own hands when you are perp-walked out of the company via layoffs. Everyone knows what I am saying here is true but some just refuse to believe it to be true as the sip on the cool-aid.

Pulse us a total waste of time, DON'T BOTHER! If participation tanked, maybe we could save the wasted MILLIONS we pay Gallup! Instead, let's invest those savings in our own people, services & stuff that actually matters to the employees & our customers.
If you were going to rate them bad do it.
If you won’t the next best thing is to not fill it in.
If all the people who would give bad scores skip it then their scores go up. Of course if they fill it in the participation rate goes up. VZ wins(?)

Haha. This is why we don’t see change? The reason our stock is lowest ever is because there hasn’t been changes. Don’t be fooled to think filling out a pulse will change anything. Pulse is basically a free koozie from Verizon.
