There's entire chains that remain on the foundry side absolutely disconnected from any actual engineering or manufacturing beyond the occasional random h1bs or DEI hires reaching out with obscure nonsensical requests. It's clear that these people don't know what's going on, often can't speak English , and contribute nothing to the foundries, and yet it's these tumors that remain while oblivious Middle management cuts the people actually doing things for the floor...

@ea Pumping gas for the government because you couldn’t get a job on your own merit does not make you qualified to work in a fab. Maybe if Intel finds a way of monetizing having your wife sleep with a bunch of other men we can consult the veterans expertise. Until then they’re dead weight dragging down our company.

The biggest group of worthless DEI hires in Foundry are all the lazy veterans who got the job despite having absolutely 0 qualifications or work ethic. If we want Foundry to succeed we need to lay off all those leeches.
