I’m get to the point. Post my goal setting meeting, the goal posts have changed a lot from previous years. A major change in work practices. It’s making me think we, (the team) are being set up to fail, by unattainable goals. Then likely a PIP, moving towards dismissal. Question is , am I being paranoid? Seriously, I have no time for nonsense conspiracy theories, but find myself here. I want to believe it is all in good faith. Any one else feeling the same? And please be brutally straightforward, I want to move forward, but finding it hard

I should add, I’m emea based, ( non German team), the employment rights are good.
