I have seen a person come back 2x and get severance 3 times, that’s a lot of cash.
Does this also happen at other big companies?

So you're telling me there might be a chance?
@rb no, if you have been gone more than 3 years you get a new wwid.
@kz
but even with a name change don't they always reuse your WWID ?
You can change your name and come back. It worked for me twice.
@f2 what cpm during covid? Hiring was out of control.
i know someone who had taken cpm during covid and will be taking another one
@e5 a job is a job. Intel still pays pretty well in comparison to other industries. The only people who are really suffering at Intel are the older employees who are grieving over the loss of culture that disappeared decades ago yet they still claim to bleed blue. The people who are doing fine realize that it is just a job.
Those who come back only to get fired again over and over are masochists. There is something wrong with them in the head.
I got 50k cash plus 50k stock gr9 to com back a year after act
OP, since someone can only be hired 3 times the most they could get is 3 severance packages. I am 2 for 2 right now.

Wait, what was the question?
