@e3 Stock buyback will barely budge the needle. Only meaningful business opportunities matter. I was in another company some years ago that was eventually sold off for parts - they tried stock buyback as well, to no avail.
Qualcomm is in the course of disappearing. No meaningful business was generated after Celluar over 2 decades. AI and Server will be failed. The management was wrong, but was not replaced.
@e3 buyback will only offset the disappearing business and exec bonuses. The fundamental Q issues are not fixed and downward trajectory will continue.
