Can someone post the full case somewhere we can see without an account? I’m curious, I doubt a lawyer would be d-mb enough to just state he was due his pension without reviewing the guidelines, he must have been suing for wrongful termination, right?
Rule says retirement is at 55. No one is above the rule.
