Union's mean more pay. That is all it's about anyway. You have to make your own world. You can't rely on jobs lasting forever. Take what you can and run.

They were apparently outside of the New Ulm plant as well this week.
There has to be people from HR on here, all you have to do is look at wage differences from union plants to non union plants…

Look at what Union Scrèwing Workers did for their members in Fairmont, just 90 miles down the road. Is that what Hutchinson aspires to be?
Doubtful, but if it did happen there would be a giant su-king sound coming from Mexico.
