The Reinvention scam

Steve B et al have run an iconic company to the ground. Buying a dollar store company like Lexmark was a terrible, terrible move (just like the many, many before). What a complete joke this company has become. No merit increases, no 401K match, pretty much everything for the employees blow up or 'suspended', meanwhile Steve B, Bruno, Mirlanda, etc all gave themselves raises and padded their payout when they leave. The board is asleep at the wheel, or wants to see this head down the tubes. Fu-k Steve B and his stupid plans. Run for the hills, the layoffs and the continued bad news for the people who actually do something here are her for good.

Its like staying in a toxic relationship. Knowing its no good, knowing that my window to get out is closing by the second. Yet I stay.

Xerox has no control? You are stuck in a dead end job, that serves no useful purpose. They can fire you or lay you off in a heartbeat, and all you guys are wondering about is that you didn’t get your pin? Seriously?

That sounds like control to me …

my VP sent our team a memo about 3 months ago, the memo stated that there would be eligible for raises in 2025, the memo was sent after the SLT stated there would be no raises. The catch was that we had to achieve our software or plan or we could not get a merit increase. How funny since we didn't even have a software plan, and there is no way that anyone at Xerox was going to get a salary increase! Steve B - these are the leaders you handpicked

So I don’t get my pin this year but they still get bonus. Everything banned and staff morale low but guess what….people will just sit there and take it as they are getting paid to hide away. Xerox have no real control, they just think they do

Yet another phase of employee neglect.

This company is so woke that it ‘inspires’ diversity, equality and inclusion, promotes ERG’s yet doesn’t support the employees needs for a salary and employment packages that keep up with inflation and the ever increasing cost of living.

Senior Leadership ( an oxymoron ) are a disgrace.
