I am asking this based on the harassment, bullying and coercion Humana leaders are consistently doing. In regards to the coercion, I am referring to the metric that they have put upon us to have X amount of Centerwell pharmacy referrals per month and if we do not meet that, we lose on our bonus. It goes deep but can someone share if a class action is going on.

@dw I didn't post the comment you're replying to but I'm aware of one on the cw side who completed Sui cide and cited bullying by leadership as a reason.

@dj - I can only imagine! Humana has gone down the tubes. I'm so done with them. Going to take pics of all of their bs emails that are unethical and pursue a suit myself. We've lost 2 to $uicide. I'm so sick of it...
Several lawsuits against executives in the sales arm of Humana. Kickbacks in return for leads. What happened to this company??
@bg I can't share details here but just know that Humana's HR is evil. If you ever go to them with a real issue, they will make YOU the problem. Fortunately, I knew that and was proactive in preparing and protecting myself... just in case. I will walk away with a payday, vindicated, and hopefully, the case will be in the public view so others know how evil Humana is as well.

It’s my understanding that we are not allowed to steer members, but this is the wild Wild West.
@OP I have retained an attorney on another matter that is pretty damning bit it isn't a class action. I would say CMS would take action on what you're describing. It is a conflicting, dual relationship.
