Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Tested positive for Covid? Yes you need to be in office

3 or 4 people are covid positive and were told that they were still report to office and requested to not tell anyone. Certain men requested to be in a conference room working so that they did not expose others and were told they must be "in seat, and wouldnt be allowed"

What in the actual he-l?

lol, you seriously posted that "globalresearch link with gems in it like:

"He then graphed the FOIA data, finding 1,840 excess deaths from acute renal failure from January 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022. Beaudoin also revealed an increase in deaths from acute rental failure in every age group over 15 years old, from 2015 to 2022. “Thousands dead in Massachusetts ARF likely due to Remdesivir. This requires CRIMINAL investigation,” he tweeted."

apparently "rental failures" are being caused by an antiviral med now" 😂🤣

he doesn't define how he got to 1,840 "excess deaths" between 1/1/21 and 11/30/22, but they're "...likely due to Remdesivir[sic]" which sounds a whole lot like "I dunno, but lemme pull this guess from my posterior"

one other hint for you... ANYONE can file a court case about ANYTHING. Lets see him actually get somewhere with that case and the STELLAR evidence he's got.

oh and he's "reporting this on X/twitter

and of course by the end he's comparing an antiviral to a dewormer 😆🙄😂🤣

He's a quack, writing a poorly edited article on a quack blog. You should be ashamed you even tried to pass that off as evidence.

I have Never had a covid test and never plan on taking one. I know some folks that get one every time they have a sniffle. These are probably the same folks that get vaccinated like good little sheep. Baaa....

It depends who you are. Some people have other conditions that Covid could exasperate like diabetes, auto immune diseases, and the older folks. We need to look out for each other, as obviously Fiserv doesn’t. Not to mention some employees care for older relatives. So if you sre sick, Covid, flu, whatever….please arrange to work from home than put others at risk

Oh and taking the Covid test does have everything to do with fear. If you weren't scared, you wouldn't get have the test done. The symptoms are like the common cold and maybe at worst the flu now. You can hide behind the idea that you are protecting others but that isn't true and we know it.

Yes poisons. I got my information on Remdesivir from the NIH website. Nasty history on this one. If you want to pump yourself full. Give it a shot.

If...You want to work from home while sick and you can work this out with your manager then go for it. Otherwise stay home and use PTO. My manager would be ok with this however I personally would rather rest while sick vs stressing working while sick.

"I call BS on this. I don't believe that was said or it was sarcasm. You have time off for illness, use it."

Why should you be forced to use PTO when it is the year 2023 and humans are fully capable of working from home when they are sick?

Yes, I am familiar with the three poisons offered. Since one of those three are remdesivir, you can help yourself using that one. However, we both know you probably won't research what that dr-g has done to people.

If you're sick go in and infect everyone. Consequences to an inflexible RTO policy

This is just stupid.
Taking Covid test has nothing to do with fear, but if gives you information if you have Covid so you can be more careful and not infect other people.

Seems you are one living in fear.

You have to be willfully ignorant if you are this uninformed by this point.

There are three medications to treat covid. We both know you won't bother looking them up.

It's common knowledge that Fiserv follows CDC guidelines and advises to treat it the same as a flu, so no more isolation. It also was a lowkey indicator of changes in WFH policy if you've paid attention. That's how I viewed that.

Fiserv announced this quite a few months ago, so unless you're new to the company, this isn't news.

In GBS, it was said in late spring that HR was going to approve a different absence category which permitted you to WFH without a) using sick time and b) not coming in the office and spreading germs.

Apparently, that's been squashed as I hadn't heard anything more.

The bottom line is this: most companies, not just Fiserv, wants to go back to how things were pre-pandemic. They want to stick with the archaic view that in office is best and another way to micromanage every movement. "Collaboration" and other terms are just corporate spin to tell you we're set in our old ways of work.

Sounds like an individual manager is trying to keep their attendance report "clean".

Fiserv cares about my wellbeing - Strongly Disagree.
