@yvk+1qrTlNXj And it's not just at the VP/SVP level where the Ratanakar's leaders reside. They are everywhere -- Sr. Directors, Directors, and high-level ICs too. They weren't brought in for their skills but for their connections and loyalty to their leaders and each other. They banned together to push out others who didn't agree with their brand of "leadership". They hide their incompetence by protecting each other. Ratanakar truly earned his nickname "The Rat".

100% agree the Rat ki-led tech with his awful leadership choices. The previous crew had their flaws as we all do, but on the whole we’re much better leaders. I’m surprised some of the Rats crew remains like SB, HJ, TD, AVM, etc.
The China VP I don’t know Mr A he is awesome. Speaks truth. Does stuff straight and protects his crew. I wish I was with him … he is best tech leader and deepak.
I agree @dyf to an extent because this guys RAT completely fu**d the tech leadership by hiring even SR DR DR on H1B. Some of those cant even speak proper English. I myself being h1b is completely against hiring leadership team on H1B.
