Unfortunately, the names have already been decided and the layoffs will happen in the next two weeks. I agree that it is so toxic. Gonna get worse before it gets better. Severance is two weeks for every year capped at 60 weeks. Yes, that's tempting.
Been here 20 years and can tell you the past 4 years it's been all downhill.
I'm curious as well. Almost been here a year and the culture is toxic. I don't see it getting any better with 300 million in teammate cuts
