Not naming someone to this position quickly tells me they may be trying to poach another banks RP from Charlotte area. This is HQ and important and they may be attempting to make a splash. This EL has brought in a lot of highly compensated outsiders to fill existing and created new executive positions for such. Look at LinkedIn and it amazing the number of EVP and like positions this bank has for only 53000 Teammates.

Gotta say the more I hear about this Heath guy the more I like. What a Chad to take the role and then post up a huge middle finger to SunTruist.
Announcement made on September 15 that he is the RP for new NC West region. Just over a month later he jumps ship. He likely had been in negotiations well before that time to leave. Like this guy or not it speaks volumes about this organization.

ruist North Carolina West Region President Heath Campbell, the most senior ranking regional member of the Commercial Community Bank, is out at the bank after more than 20 years.
The Charlotte-based company declined to comment, saying it doesn’t talk about personnel matters. Sources within the bank confirmed his departure, and an email to his Truist account said he was no longer with the bank.
