We are down employees now. Why? They have Covid. Because of RTO, and lack of WFH flexibility, one came in and infected others. The problem is multi-dimensional.
- RTO - gotta have that badge swipe
- Flexible work arrangement - if you are well enough to work from home, you are well enough to come to the office. The heck with everyone else
- Well being days - the limited unlimited days that you are told you shouldn’t use.
- Indian contractors - just come in sick because they get no sick time
You have heard of win-win situations, well everything at Fiserv is lose-lose.
P.S. in order not to get sick, we are wearing masks again because of all of the above.
