@fy because this forum is meant to be to talk about rumors, important things, layoffs. Not whining. Thanks.

@fy I follow the board because sometimes people publish important information. Not a shallow post expressing frustration and bad feelings like "I hate...". LIKE, DUDE IT IS IRRELEVANT. STOP WINING LIKE A CRY BABY. IF YOU NEED TO VENT OUT. GO POST THAT PERSONAL THING IN YOUR FFACEBOOK OR AT LEAST POST THE REASONING BEHIND YOUR THOUGHTS. Specific ones, speific cases. Thank you.

I’m glad you love working here so much. Why TF are on this board then? Please STFU with 40% and Karen.

Fiserv is toxic. At least once every two months or so I have a nightmare that I’m fired

@e0 If you love the company so much and it treats you so well, what are you doing on thelayoff.com?

@d5 It is always someone else's job where the problem starts to solve.

@e0 I find the most demotivating thing at Fiserv to be the people you know are here to seat warm and complain. You get one or two people just vibing with the worst energy, making everyone worse to exist around. As an adult: do something to make it a better situation, or go the fu-k elsewhere.

@dv uniparty or not, it's annoying and dangerous to publish such a comment with no explanation. This is the company that brings the food to the table of you and others that dont necessarily agree 100%. All companies have pros and cons you dont feel comfortable? Good man up and gtfo. I cant until the company drives a thorough scavenger hunt type of excercise. Usually the ones complaining are the ones with the most unethical values. If you knew your value you would move out as soon as possible. Btw, I am an individual contributor, i try to find joy and purpose in what I do. You should try the same.

@d5 First of all there's no such thing as liberal and conservative. There's only uniparty.

Secondly, if you followed this board long enough, you knew, unless you can't read.

Last but not least, since you are so out of touch, you must be someone from the senior management.

I have some gripes too but let’s be honest, Frank controlled everything. Mike and the MC are working to changes things, but give it chance. If you don’t want more Infinite, talk to Chiarello and Takis. They still need to meet numbers to run a business. It’s not an open checkbook.

Yup, hate the job everyday. I will leave as soon as the market opens up. I highly recommend this company to anyone I don't like.

@a1+1jyvzr64e don't think OP is looking for advice. Making a statement that resounds with most of us. We are well aware of the options or choices.
