It’s so painfully clear that Gilg is full of fluff and not cut out to lead the largest revenue generating region for SAP. Perhaps if he’d spent time any meaningful amount of time in revenue generating roles instead of internal operations, he’d be better prepared to lead a sales org.

- could have easily just asked someone on his team how the call went and got the best insights.... would be the most logical and common sense thing to do vs. asking on an open platform.
- SAP Sales do not sell internationally, they are all regional based.

How'd you get a flight, international no less, while the rest of the company has been on complete lock down on ANY travel for the last 3 years?
Please share your secret as to how you got travel budget, as I have not been able to get any travel funds in order to mee with the team I manage in WDF for quite some years now.... the rest of us are only using Skype!!
