All over UM, SW, RN. All over and no rationale except project growth.
A few provider engagement executives were laid off today in Gulf States. It’s weird because some have been here over 10 yrs. One was new to the team and one has years of experience. I wonder what were the tools used to determine the layoff.

@dtb+1jB3ki4Q What region are you in? I’m in central and heard we’ll be noticed tomorrow. Are they giving any rationale as to who is being cut? Like “X number of Humana lives per FTE and that’s why we’re letting 3 educators go” etc.
In my region some Provider Engagement associates were affected as well as MRA and stars. Don’t know about PD, HSO or finance.
I think there were cuts across the board.
