What is “ Retail area”?
Ritesh might be the most incompetent 'leader' I've witnessed in my career which is saying allot. Might also be why all those other 'leaders' around him are squirming as they seem to be under fire from the management team because they have nothing to show for in terms of strategy and overall direction for their portfolio of work. Entitled pretenders they are and what a sh-t show Retail is because of it.
For those getting RIFed are they paying out any bonus with your severance package? If yes, is it your normal % or a lower amount?

Just got meeting, they will be letting go nurses. More information coming late February
A whole group that does CMS just got told their last day is March 11th 2024.
Hopefully they shed the VP Ritesh. What a nightmare.
There will be RIF announcements in Group Specialty announced this Friday.
