The fact that layoffs will be happening Oct 1st. Meetings on how they will be handled are already taking place e, over 5,000 Aetna Health employees will be hit.
Last year WARN notices went out after people were notified.
do you guys see any warn notices filed yet. when will they typically do it.
Pretty much stopped working until the end of the 4th quarter..just in case.. no sense in ki-ling myself for no reason.. just in case..
will end of sept/early oct be when employees are informed/warn notices filed or actual separation dates?
IF the rumors of layoffs are true…. someone needs to wake up, yes they are true. Mass layoffs come end of September or early October, 5k plus…. Most of them take place over a four day period.

Many many companies do layoffs in the 4th quarter. It's regular business practice.
Every Oct is lay off season with the exception of the year they offered early retirement. This shouldnt be a surprise to anyone.
This is literally the most useless thing I have come across today , even though i was in the town hall today.
