Odd how human psychology works. We tell the truth about tools monitoring key strokes and people say it’s a lie. Just this week large swaths of teams were told 4 days in office next year and we are back to the default of down voting and comments about lied. Instills Fargo down voting to save face? It’s dang true. Deal with it. Immediate instinct is denial. Lol

What groups are moving to 4 days?
Going to India is the real problem. RTO is nothing more than a severance cost reduction scheme. No one can convince me that the same company that wants to downsize/contract/automate/AI the entire domestic workforce out of existence is desperate to have us come into the office. They don't want any of us in the office ever again. 0 hours per day/week is there actual plan. Why some people think they care about butts in seats is beyond me. They obviously don't, they just want you to quit.
