To up grade from 10 to 11, seems a big deal, hard working guy in product bh working 12 hrs a day n keeping the product running generating millions to the company, why?

I was Grade 11 (Advisory I) in Alpharetta with a base salary of $136k annually as a Project Manager. I left for a better job (DUH!) and am now making $156k annually working remote 100% with ACTUAL professionals.

People don't risk their bonus to promote others at this level unless they are good friends.

Nobody cares about your resume if you cannot contribute once you are not an intern.
When you need a reference, people will not confidently vouch for coworkers to breath air consuming social media and going home. Being on the corporate hand outs catches up, even if slowly.
You could work late at Fiserv for a promotion that will never come.
Or you can go home, work on your resume, and get a promotion and salary increase working at a different company.
It's also a method to keep someone in a lower salary range so they pay less for your service to the corporate machine.
Because only Indians move up
In FIG if you’re not related to director or higher, or close friends you get nowhere.
Because you know no body, and they don't want to pay you bonus.
