The Agile crew is still chilling with their sweet 2-day setup.

At One Boston Place, if your group got to retain their status or better (some teams had their in office requirement suspended in total) then your team was stamped as necessary to "run the business" and they can not risk attrition within the unit.
If you are now 4 days per week in Boston then 25% of your team will no longer be there in 6 months with the corporate goal of minimal severance. There will be no hiring (backfills) in Boston without senior management approval.
Post ID: @gj+1k4xsxz19 Is absolutely right. But the people on this board will ignore that fact. These same employees would never be willing to give up their evening and work 8pm to 2am on weekends for ability to come into the office 2 days a week only (no extra pay)
@e1 It came from a Managing Director, so pretty high level info.
they were d-mb.. they could have done a mea culpa and taken a knee, and split the different with a 3 day decision in the end... everyone will still end up being 4 days, and then many senior people will retire, others will just go work somewhere else.. and the cycle continues.
many of the 2-day agile folks also work most tuesday nights plus most saturday nights and many sundays keeping your livelihood running while most of you are sleeping. This weekend for example.
You should all worry less about BAH employees and more about wtf are many of you going to do when they are gone. Most of you cant wipe your own a-s without those teams telling you how. And you think they are keep in office trash? Wtf do you think they are doing with AI and why they are pushing automation so quickly . They have no plans on keeping many people clowns
@bn you should shut tf up. Why should we be let go because some re--rd thought closing a low cost location was smarter than closing a high cost one like PA and NYC where d-mbasses are paid higher to know far less.
@dq and who told you this about BAH employees? Just curious as a BAH mgr cause thats not what we heard
We've been told that the last BAH employees will be BAH until the end of 2026, at which point they'll likely be given the "option" of moving to Lake Mary, or "voluntarily resigning", meaning they're basically fired with no severance pay.
As for the Working Together thing, maybe half of us saw it change to four days a week on Monday, but everyone else is still showing two days a week. Typical BNY app. It's supposed to be updated again by Monday the 15th.
LM is three days a week (for me). In November it’s supposed to switch to four. There’s a lot of construction still going on. Ok the fourth floor of 300, the floor literally shakes from under and so do your monitors at your desk. It’s almost like working atop a mechanical bull. That coupled with this awesome new layout, where you can hear everything from everyone around you. And being on top of one another like borg drones from Star Trek, doesn’t foster as much of a productive environment as our beloved Khmer Rouge handlers would have you believe.
@OP there are a number of employees that are based at home but showing an office location in MySource. Guess they think we won’t notice.
I'm in tsg and we were told no changes for us. Su-k it!
Still 2 days a week for me, in TSG.
I was surprised that my working together days didn't increase from two to four on Monday, while my colleague also stayed at three. This may be a specific exception for our team at TSG.
A couple of locations are delayed - Pune, Lake Mary, and one other, due to space. Supposedly the BAH are to be gone by the end of the year.
There is still a large number of home based employees, the company is focusing on laying off employees whose offices were closed by the bank - especially upstate NY. If the company’s stance is being in the office they should let go of ALL home based employees regardless of role.
Not true. I was Agile Flex (20 days per quarter) and got moved to 4 days per week like everybody else.
Also hear Lake Mary doesn't start the grind until winter.
