I’ll raise my hand… get my psp and I’m out of here.

I can't wait to give my notice on June 1. I wish I could give it earlier and have the 1st be my last day, but I don't trust them not to walk me out the door and sc--w me out of whatever PSP we do end up getting. I'm curious how massive the exodus will be in June...leaders have commented that they're concerned about it, but they all seem to think it's solely due to RTC.
When ppl say “no psp” it means it’s gonna be so cr---y that it’s not worth staying for
There is no PSP. New here?
Regardless of the percentage we know JD will get his payout.
What @dpt said. I see so many people here claiming “No PSP!” and that isn’t how it works. There are performance targets and PSP is paid out on a percentage basis against those targets. If Q4 is as soft as I anticipate I’d be hoping for PSP around 60%-70% of target. But that’s just a wild guess on my part. In the past it’s been as high as 146% and as low as 54%. During my long time at Nike we’ve never had a year of no PSP. Business would have to be very very bad for no PSP payout.
I would take a guess that anyone saying no PSP is either gaslighting or not a Nike employee. PSP isn't a binary "yes/no" thing. Unless Nike is reporting unprecedented losses every quarter which we haven't, then PSP will simply be a percentage based off original targets. If we didn't do as well then it could be below 100% which is an entirely possible scenario. I simply wouldn't bank on a big payout like some prior years. If it's a policy change to how Nike benefits are paid out to employees (e.g. no more PSP at all) then that would have to be telegraphed way further in advance.
F thirst thursday, block parties, and appreciation days.
Appreciate us by psp, or does the board need another raise?
To those saying no psp, you actually know something about that or just guessing?
There is no PSP this year.
