I am in risk/compliance and the work has completed dried up over the last month or so. No work being assigned. Sitting here twiddling my thumbs. Bloody awful!

Laco-worthless better not get CMO role. Unqualified and unfit to lead Mktg through transformation, much less out of a paper bag! He also doesn't fit in with the popular kids from NYC.

Wells Fargo is paying customers with cash or gift card incentives to make fake complaints and managers are under pressure to have bankers file complaints even when the customer didn’t complain. Business should pick up for you soon. Wells Fargo can’t use common sense with 10 layers of management

Marketing is busy with busywork, as usual. Long, LONG pointless presentations. Multiple weekly mandatory meetings where 40 people sit and listen to one guy talk about his record collection. Projects that should take a week milked for months.
Nobody is marketing is worried. Everyone is too busy for that.
90% of the managers here have NO IDEA how to manage people or resources. No idea! Our team has excess capacity and my manager hires more. It makes no sense. That is what happens when managers and not leaders are allowed to spend other peoples' money without a plan or accountability. This place is a joke. JOKE.

@ddo how is Marketing busy? Bill Daily just destroyed the top management. Bye Jamie, Gary, Devika, and even Kelly Krug got the ax. In Sept the specifically the week of the 22nd Gary’s last week they are going to reorganize the new teams you will see a blood bath that week in marketing. They also just eliminated the museum’s as well as the pony program all under marketing Kathy Senior. That group is about to see a MAJOR change under the devil himself also known as Michael Lacalozer. Brace yourself ddo your group is about to change big time. It started when Bill got rid of Jim Rowe. Who by the way is an A-hole.
What was 9/3 announcement?
A few factors at play here: (1) MN is out by Thanksgiving (2) the interim CCO is waiting for P Dominick to start so things naturally slow down while we wait and (3) the 9/3 ORM org announcement from Bill Juliano basically destroyed TTIRO so the dust needs to settle

In Testing my group is super busy, more work than we can handle and can’t hire. Feels like the norm, more work less people.
In Mktg, our team is as busy as ever.
Not naive... busy doesn't mean safe. Things get reprioritized on a dime.
I feel like I have more work than ever and can’t get any of done because all the people who are supposed to be giving me info are all checked out.

Agree! I’m also in Risk/Compliance. Though CARA and the Needs Analysis are supposedly coming down the track.
No new work but a major push to get outstanding items closed up.
