They would hire you now if your experience was driving an uber. 24 hours though and have some keys after six months.
IF we are to be "One Verizon" how can indirect still have individual commission while those of us in cooperate stores are suffering with team sales?
The quality of people being hired now is despicable. We went from hiring people that want a career and who want to make money, to anyone with a pulse. Already seeing new hires on final written warnings and haven’t even been employed for 6 months.
Yeah. I got that during orientation for a corporate position. They want top talent but fail to do what's needed to retain it once we don't have to be here because we paid off our loans.

Getting into Retail is significantly easier. However, getting into one of the corporate positions is significantly more difficult as they do promote and take people with talent from retail. Outside of Director level, VZ hires from within for Analysts, Consultant, etc levels.
I found myself wanting to rant... instead I erased the words I wrote. Soften your hearts y'all and say a prayer to God. Love your family. Be nice to a stranger. Smile, take a deep breath and enjoy life because it is a gift. You control your view and God controls the journey.
Lol this is truly funny got In with just a high-school diploma. Why would they lie to your faces like that. Some of my colleagues did coop 1 week high-school 1 week work. Got my college degree on verizon for free 99.
