Healthcare Cost Increase in 2026

Looking at 2026 Benefits enrollment, healthcare cost for Self+family went up by appx 15% whereas BPI will be 2-3%.
Already a paycut 😭

@dj+1k849bsg8 You have apparently missed the recent inroads made to lower prescription pricing by this administration and the rehoming of the pharmaceutical industry in general.
That benefits all political persuasions.

Additionally, Congress was patently aware in 1984 that Social Security would need to be shored up. So that would be enough administrations to say both parties have failed us.

Please register as an Independent or whatever the term is, in your state if you want to give these career politicians su-king off the system a message.

Or we can continue with the divide and conquer formula the powers that be created?

My premium increased by about 80% which comes out to about $2k just for me. I was offered a high deductible plan or given the option of using a HSA instead of my regular PPO. The union really messed up.
