These shoelace bags were literally designed to prevent anything from going inside them. You had one job. Fail.
I’m guessing new bags will be introduced 2025. You talked we listened.😂🤣😂

Verizon finds new ways daily to f things up. I heard they are making a new door and it only opens out.
@ddh+1gTcbfsC listen to us? We are just lowly uneducated, un refined poors and retail workers. Why would be have any good input or ideas on how to operate or run a retail store. It's not like we spend around 50% of our life there. The better idea is to let people that have much experience and got to their positions from hard work and who often stop in the stores for 15 mins at a time when everyone is on their best behavior and brown nosing, those people know retail. If they didn't why would the be paid so much!?
They had to made a PDF step by step photo guide on how to use the bag. If your Bag needs directions you have failed. They probably wouldn't even take them home from the factory in Vietnam where they are made.
My VP once told me Verizon succeeds in spite of itself. The countless terrible decisions may finally be taking their toll.
Its funny how they can f-k everything up and then act like we had to "talk" for them to "listen" even though they could just ask us before making terrible decisions. We shouldnt have to complain for 3 years to be heard. Maybe we do need a #vzunion before #vzfailures become even more prevalent
Omg this post is hilariously true. Every single customer is so confused when I hand them a bag and have to explain to them how to hold it.
After a less than decent experience with our systems not scanning items or failing orders, we have the privilege of handing them a bag that was brought to you by the same corporate geniuses who thought denim was going to be popular. Lmfao you can't make this sht up
