I see everyday some associates from different team, come in at 10am and go home at 2pm.
Do we have such flexi hour rule?

@dd the real reason is that people are not ACTUALLY productive, so you treat those who aren't motivated by themselves like they deserve to be. If not for both types, we would just get work done. Time would not be relevant.
Do you actually get any work done? You're spending so much time looking at employees... So I doubt you're getting more done than someone in 3x the time. Brain rot participation trophy culture.
Completely agree to mind your own business.
Only ppls manager knows about their work.
Stop bi--hing about others.
Those people are why we lost WFH to begin with and had Sapience babysitting us.
The focus has shifted to one that values results over compliance to some measures like RTO or Sapience. That being said, if you are a high performer, you will be trusted to work remotely more or flex.
If not, you will be shown the door and your team provided a backfill. The backfill prices is what I am most eager to get.
Just do your job and take care of you. Stop worrying other people. Ask your manager if you need time. If they say no, ask their manager. Or just find another job.
You should not compare yourself to others. They may be doing work at night or early morning that you don’t see. The policy applies to all but there is/are always exceptions. It’s wrong to assume unless you know all the facts. Ask your manager to better understand.
10 - 2 = 8
They are working eight hours a day.
Definitely called mind your business and focus on you own work!
Mind your business
Its as per their leadership and case by case, if they have offshore meetings and weekend or late night deployments then things are different. It’s completely case by case.
