We’re still a sweat shop, but we can’t get any new associates or even contractors to accept offers, so we’re removing the “you’ll be tracked and monitored” language from the interview process
Bedtime hours are still 8pm to 6am, but we’re turning off the baby monitor. They lie. There were no changes. False hope again. There is no additional benefit to the employees. Reinforcing if you have a child in school you can't leave to pick them up daily and make up time at home. Insulting.
