JR ABW still a disaster. Seating is STILL a nightmare

Yo! Activity Based Work is a disaster.
When are those who forced this on us going to give it up and admit it is a FAIL, brah?

Desk battles ensue every day. I dont get to sit with or work with the people I need to. Folks who can't get in super early, for whatever reason, get zero desks.

I don't even know where some of my business partners are most days. With the whole building constantly playing musical chairs, nobody can work efficiently with those they need to.

Oh. Except for the "golden child" groups who whined and claim who areas, displacing pod mates.

DISASTER. FIX THIS.

We each need a home desk. We need to be able to find each other. So much time and effort is wasted shuffling around the building.

Oh, and the desks that are giant and trapped together need to go. What is this? A chain gang? There's plenty of space for the smaller desks we used to have, and for us to move them around to make the work space make sense.

D-mbest pile of p-o ever. So stupid to not allow people to have their own space. You want people to feel connected to the culture, stop making them feel like they’re transient.

Why is it so controversial to want a desk at work?

Let everyone who wants one have their own desk. Campus is HUGE.

What we added new GIANT buildings in recent years, sent people 100% remote, but somehow we don't have desks??

Just sit in the office of one of the VPs who never come in.

lol. What’s “super early” to you. I work in several buildings and roll in no later that 8:15…I’m often the only person on the floor in at that time.

Gets in at 9am and waits in line for coffee. Works till 11am. Goes and works out. Takes hour sit down lunch. Works till 2:30pm. Leaves to beat traffic.
