With empty desks of their teams who are these SVPs and VP suppose to collaborate with in BH. Doesn’t impact me I’m below the level but i like my VP - this seems illogical.

@d5 Coral should be closed.
Tons of companies are mandating ridiculous RTO policies, only to have employees drive into the office to "collaborate" on Teams and, when not in a meeting, jamming earbuds in to block out the cacophony produced by the equally ridiculous "high-efficiency work area/open office" hellscape.
@e9 they were still yakking it up even with Sapience. At least with the guys who sit next to me talking sports have the day.
Haha sounds like some folks are already missing sapience. Who would have thought. Maybe Frank knew something about this company’s culture?
@am this couldn't be more true. That's what most people do here at Coral is yak yak yak. Nothing gets done. I also can't concentrate with all the non-stop yakking. This is with wearing earplugs and using noise cancelling headphones.
They wonder why we had Sapience in the first place was to curb this sh-t.
@am or the collaborating on endless teams calls...
When the person who made this post mentions people "collaborating" he or she means "wasting everyone's times quacking about their inane personal lives". If you want to go into the office 5 days a week knock yourself out, but leave the adults who work at Fiserv alone.
You should spend your time and energy worrying about other things
There are always some teams in the office, that's why it called a rotation.
