Our world class chro is starting to comment again on LinkedIn. Presence is returning post layoff and right before another in a few months. I feel a brand new post it note full of hashtags will be made soon! Love the authenticity and positivity as her team lays off and offshores the masses. 2026 will build on our successful 2025 momentum and be our best year yet!!! In the HR all hands - the CHRO asked her top VPs to inform how they are using AI in their groups - only 1 out of the 4 who spoke answered the question directly - showed knowledge. The other three - they dodged the question. The worse was the Compensation leader - instead of explaining how her team is ready for AI - all she did was “self praised”. She tañked about how she “thrived” at changes - no answer on how AI is being used. Which means - these VPs are not even AI ready - yet, that was the excise to offload 15K+

@d1 She was busy posting about Verizon’s culture os, soft skills as she herself went radio silent, a former colleague and Veterans Day. Truly inspiring leadership! We are blessed with such a great leader of people. Thank you Hans for hiring her! Can’t wait til the next photo shoot and fashion show.
She should hold up a post it and explain why she went radio silent when 15,000 employees were being sent home for the holidays. She hid and was not there to help those impacted and those left scratching their head wondering what the heck is going on. Remember that whenever you deal with HR. They are not here to help you.
She is a narcissist to the extreme. Anybody that post non stop selfies is self marketing and want the focus to be them instead of the team they should be supporting.
She is a Hans pick and Dan not firing tells me, Dan is a terrible talent guy
The sad thing is these HR leaders think they exemplify the best in people whereas they’re really the worst

Anyone would have to be morally redundant to do that role
