Been hearing the moving package is pretty good. Do they just pay you the cost of moving and you pay the moving company or how does all that work. Maybe save some cash by paying some buddy’s to help move.

Moving from US field site to HCO?
Well , if you take the role , they'll give you pretty decent relocation package. You can Google the package.
Here's something to keep in mind -
- You're relocating when the housing market is moving from seller to buyer. But the housing prices are inflated. Advice , wait until it falls.
- Schools are good in certain areas , outside of those areas you'll need private education.
- If you're excellent at your current role and you'll be doing something different..A pip will be in your future so prepare for 2 years of no raises.
