3 pharmd leads from CW were let go today and there will be more next week.

@d4 same thing is happening on the insurance site. They’re hiring more VPs while we are having some of the worst Budget cuts and layoffs.
@cz yes and they continue to hire more at the top while those on the ground can't keep up with the level of work we have. The problems stay on to be bigger problems.
@ac they need to let people go higher up. Poor leadership decisions are ultimately the cause of layoffs, but somehow the problems always stay.
@ac my first though is who will lead the care team if directors are let go but then I had to giggle about that because the two directors we have could not even do the front line RN position. Let them go and lets see how no one notices. I'm not sure on managers though because I have a really good one.
I posted a while back that this was going down but I didn't know when. Next up will be the directors and potentially managers.
