Is 2 week notice required

If a person decides to leave and not give their 2 week notice will they lose their accrued PTO

@ny No but concerned that another company would question if Humana lists me as non rehirable. Ive heard if you don't work out notice they have the discretion to list you as non rehireable

You won’t lose your accrued PTO—but your manager could mark you as ineligible for rehire. And that means forever ineligible.

I asked HR4U about the resignation process and they sent me the instructions for workday and at the bottom of the email, it said to go to go/asc and search "leaving Humana" and every process document pop up. It should answer your question if bet.
