Care would be seeking help for the constant posting and helping yourself get to a better place and letting go

“ I’m the first to grow very tired of whiners here. But let me guess - you are under the age of 40 or live in a very large city. Try being over 50 and in a small rural area. Guess what, Sherlock? Go try finding another job in my state. Now go do yourself.”

And proceeds to whine. What are you even talking about? Lol

People must not know Truist is being fined $8.5 million to the SEC and other agency due to retention of messaging. Now to be fair every single wealth firm is being fine. Raymond James is paying $50 million (and taxpayer, we get none of that nor does it go to our trillion dollar debt). So now Truist is putting out $208,500,000. People laid off and lost jobs or force to go to Accenture.

Just remember, you’re free to leave at any time. If the folks on this and other posts were half as good / smart as they think they are, they’d have good opportunities popping up, but that doesn’t seem to be the case, just a bunch of bitter individuals who complain about things while not doing anything about it for themselves.

We’ve all heard the saying “Actions speak louder than words”. Offshoring, 75% of Target on bonuses, more work without more pay, 4 days in office when the bigger banks only require 3. Their actions say they don’t care and it’s clear.

Somewhere high above the streets of Charlotte: “looks guys, all we CARE about is money, and our PURPOSE is to make more of it”. And i’ll say this, if I’m a typical banking customer: I don’t give a rat’s tail about my bank’s ads on care, purpose, or all that other cr-p. Those are all a continuation of KK’s “inspire and build better lives and communities”. Noble pursuit but not enough. Pay me decent interest, lend me money at a fair rate, and answer the phone with someone I can actually communicate with. Simple!

I don’t see other companies being so bold in their advertising communications that they care so much

“How is this different from any other company?”

There are many in play here but most companies strive to be above their peers or move up in some aspect of their business compared to their peers, instead of dropping at least 2 slots from where bank began MOE.

Close, but they also treat their customers like #$@# too. That's why they are fleeing the bank. All it takes is googling Truist and BBB where you will be treated to thousands of customer complaints and a cut and paste reply to each of those complaints. They have a stunning 1.09/5 stars with many saying that they only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

Notwithstanding all of the above, the BBB still ranks as A+. That speaks volumes about the validity of BBB too.

Anyone else notice that Truist is all about "caring" and "purpose" when it comes to everything EXCEPT treating their employees fairly? Where is the "care" for the people that actually make the company run?

I'll believe their "caring" BS when they start "caring" about the most important part of their business.

The sad thing is that EL is also using this as a marketing ploy. They are misleading the public. How is that “trustworthy”?

Upper management doesn't care about teammates at all. They care about shareholder profits and their own compensation packages. All this "living our values" nonsense is just a smokescreen to make the minions feel like they're cared for.
