Folks, is there any layoffs tomorrow? I am applying to all the jobs out of Nike like crazy! Anybody else is actively looking?

Were the new positions offered laterals or demotions?
@zuj+1pYwWyKj - that is true; Nike typically doesn't offer you a severance if you refuse a new role. Although, you can negotiate for one. I know someone who was successful in getting their severance after refusing to take the new position offered to them.
@zuj+1pYwWyKj Then this is them quitting. I would happy trade my severance for a new role, I was ready for one anyways
@cuz I have heard severance is not offered to people who refuse on the spot to accept a new role
@laa+1pYwWyKj no severance? It is cruel. I have 2 little kids as a single mom who is taking care of a cancerous dad. I gotta hurry finding another job before tragedy strikes....It's heartbreaking how much they don't care about us....
