Fab8.2 was never gonna happen with the current utilization.
Need another pandemic to get everyone buying new hardware.
Converting already promised CHIPS funding to stock purchases sounds like Intel won't actually build the fab they had announced as part of getting the funding.
If they do take equity purchases instead of cash, can kiss 8.2 goodbye.
