Where is the MIP bonus update

Didnt they tell us after such a low MIP bonus year that they would do a better job of updating us on what it's looking like. After two good quarters of results where do we stand on MIP?

@159 NOPE. You must stay through the payout period in March to get the payout :) This has never occurred to me at another company.

Does anyone know if an employee is eligible for a MIP bonus if they leave the company after the first of the following year, i.e. worked all of 2025 and left January 2026? HR is all but non-existent on this. Thanks!

Negative nancy. We get good news today and you just want to cry. Be happy and hopeful. We'll on our way to a big improvement from last year

As of 10:54 am on 8/6/24 we are apparently on track for funding to be 110%-130%.

Granted it’s August so be fully prepared for it to drop to 50%.

I’ll be beyond shocked if it actually hits anything north of 110% even if the second half of the year is miraculously more profitable.

They have business insurance on the lawsuits… and even then multimillion dollar cases are smaller than a drop in the bucket on billions in annual profits. Even the biggest of big settlements in the billions are spread over multiple years in repayment to also have no material impact on earnings.

If a case is still in litigation right now.. the financial impact, if any, doesn’t happen for years down the road. Sorry to burst people’s bubble.

I'm SOOOO f***ing glad that I got laid off last year and don't have to deal with this lame excuse for a company's BS any more! Best thing they ever did for in in my 35 years with them!

Cmon..they have so many lawsuits right now.

Drop in memberships. Loss of money from the feds.

Those pharmacists alone ....don't think those families won't sue for wrongful death.

He-l if I didn't have to put food on the table with my severance, I would have exposed this dumpster too.

Let all the poison in the mud hatch out.

There have been talks at the highest level of scrapping bonuses or even pausing 401k match contributions.

Now that they see that they can successfully sc--w you over, good luck on seeing your old bonus. Billions in profits is not enough.

They just said that to give lip service and because they know if they say now “it’s tracking to be 100%” and then q3/4 do not hold they’re right back to “oh whoops sorry”

I’m fully prepared for another measles pittance that will be better than $0 - but also won’t be shocked if they scrap the whole program all together.
