Bring back DF, majority of employees would agree, it would improve morale and the productivity would go back up. I am not sure we can continue like this any more.

D-MB F*CK? Why? Ford is failing just fine on its own.
Of course if he's still technically employed...of course. Your point? We all know why he's leaving. It's so obvious. If they still wanted his advice he'd still be around, but they have 19.5 billion reasons not to trust the guy any longer. They just did him and themselves a solid by making it amicable. He isn't advising anyone on $hit. It's over and that's it.
Sorry to disappoint you, but DF is still with Ford and has a direct line to the top leadership in the company.

@cp DF a leader!!!! People look at his record. Barely stayed at any one job for more than 3-5yrs. Google car program same one that never made it to prototype or production. Company keeps re-orgs to give the illusion of something being accomplished but in reality it causes havoc to the troops. DF was boring. he was not a visionary or a leader. So like someone else said. iron your little white suit and tell BF the plane boss..

This seems like a poor attempt at satire but the truth is, most employees do wish the BOD and leadership undo the wrong decision of letting DF leave the company.
How will Ford ever be successful in the future mobility space without a leader who is a master in that future space?
