Everyone keep talking about how bad Verizon is. Well quit and find another job. It’s that simple! Stop talking and do something about it . I hear people say all the time I rather be happy and make less money versus make a lot of money and be miserable. Well how is that working out for you.

I’m certainly not bragging or boasting. I’m in the same situation as everyone. All I read is people complaining and some providing wrong information. We all get it. We want better circumstances and where it seems your employer cares about its workers. I know what the site is but if you can spread some positivity and if anyone has some concrete information and some high end resources please share so we all can get to a better place.
Most likely the people you mention, likely care about this place and sick of having issues fall on deaf ears.
There are alternatives if you hate the company you work for. You can look elsewhere or you can offer suggestions/improvements when something isn’t working the way it should be. Posting to the layoff site probably isn’t solving too many issues.
Trust me Hanz. I'm looking for the exits as fast as I can. You should be angry at yourself for people not liking it here.
