Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Humana MT Needs to See This Page

hey, humana leaders that see this page, wake TF up...these are your people, REAL people telling you how horrible it is there. FIX IT!

If you are a senior leader, take this up the food chain, it's better information than ANY of your engagement surveys. This is a sad time for this company.

@zs What could happen if you're honest about your own leader? esp. some terrible leaders bringing out people's worst. Be honest in rating and comments? Lie and pretend everything is good?

Surveys ARE NOT ANONYMOUS!!! Let me repeat, surveys ARE NOT ANONYMOUS.

@ge I think this is asking people to trust whereas it is entirely untrustworthy. Proved over and over as people who experienced these just mentioned. Don't put others in a risky situation, they might have a family to support.

@dz This is not true. Leaders can only infer who responded from the details an associate might leave in the comments, and even this is against policy. The identifiable data are tightly protected and never, ever released to leaders. Please always submit reports of any leader who is attempting retribution based on comments or scores.

@cm If this is true, please submit this to HR4U or encourage the associate to submit it to the Ethics Helpline. This is against survey policy and it WILL be investigated. I can personally vouch for this as I've witnessed it happen.

@ch yeh for sure they do! If you don't think they have their ways your mistaken. EVERYTHING you do on Humanas network is tracked! IUpper management is a Bunch of pathetic trolls who got their job's through the old ugly buddy system and continue promoting through that system not based on any special skills. The surv eys are a joke!

@cm 100% agree this happens. Surveys are a JOKE! Humana is a cesspool and MT does not care. These clowns in upper positions can’t even do their own PowerPoints. There’s currently several whistleblower lawsuits in progress. They’ll never listen but when the Fed smacks them down those leaders will be gone!

@ch ehat happens is that the surveys go to the leader. They don't have names on them but it isn't hard to figure out who may have written what especially if it's a small team. Last year, leadership went into full damage control mode over a totally accurate survey that was submitted that caused them to look like the three stooges. They knew who wrote it, stopped her from moving positions/growing, and she eventually was just pushed out. That's what they usually do, they "manage" you out which is basically making your life he-l until you just leave.

Wow! How can they target to an anonymous survey? What is done to her afterwards?

@OP YES!!! Plus the surveys are not anonymous as they claim. A coworker was targeted after submitting hers!
