@a6 You might want to give it another read, perhaps even aloud; it does wonders for one’s comprehension and appreciation.
What the post is highlighting is simply the optics. Announcing large scale layoffs in US whilst simultaneously advertising India based roles to a US LinkedIn audience is hardly smart.
Subtlety matters, particularly when people are perfectly capable of joining the dots without the aid of strategy deck.
And not to worry, I imagine Jeff will have one of his mates quietly take the post down in due course .
