Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Entitlement

Has anyone else came across the entitlement of business partners and associates? People who refuse to learn outside their current systems and reduce waste/pass through processes. The amount of times I get told by a KY re----k “I’m not trained on that” makes me want to scream… where is the leadership and oversirght?! The entitlement is a big factor of the culture ki-ling. Guess what, I didn’t know how either and I learned it! It has to be nepotism bc I don’t get how so many associates with no drive still have jobs.

@cf bingo but that is the Humana way- to force you to do things outside of your role because some uneducated, kiss- asz manager says so.

Well folks this is why we need a union. Management thinks you should have to do anything they say rather than abide by the scope of your job description. Why would I agree to do something I haven't been trained on?
