In every meeting, we talk about building an 'AI platform'. But real platforms enable scale, reuse, autonomy - not just disconnected POCs and wrappers around vendor APIs. If there’s no foundation, no governance, and no shared services - it’s not a platform. It’s a slide deck.

Ha, Bucka and Vinay at the helm of an Agentic AI platform? Brilliant. Just what we need -two guys who’d probably try to debug code with a whiteboard marker. Been watching them flounder for years, and shockingly, they still think “disruptive tech” is a loud PowerPoint transition. Good luck to that org; they’ll need it. 😏

@OP You’re real question is where is the Intelligence. Do we really think Dilip the brains that brought us app rationalization, cloud , digital, agile, can really bring intelligence to the table? He has failed at almost everything he has touched.
Almost all platforms other than vendor ones are a hairball of apis hanging over outdated data sources. The headcount and names of these teams are absolutely mind boggling.
Coming to AI , share your ideas and resources so that a central teams gets all the accolades and gets featured in every all hands and articles internally. Bring CoPilots and claim victory that’s AI strategy in short for you.
@ce my thoughts exactly. There are some that don’t see through it but they want you to continuously come up with these “improvements” so they can automate your job more and more. Like why would I go out of my way to upper management to let them take my job away. They don’t care about us so in return I have the same thoughts about them.
AI, Automation, Cloud...they're all buzzwords that don't really mean anything. GK keeps talking about wanting people to look for ways to automate processes and it's like, why would we do that and automate ourselves out of a job? Like 🤦🏼♀️
