Can’t complain about traffic if you’re sitting in traffic. You’re part of the problem by being out there. You describe a terrible place that will die once its food supply (the honest and decent among you) is gone.
I can only speak to how I am. I care for people without having to have personal relationships with them. I welcome that, but require nothing. As far as how the culture is at Truist, I am this way and am completely aware there are many snakes and wolves among us. Until this is cleansed, what you speak about above can not happen. I have witnessed teammates be lied about, setup, framed, and destroyed by the false teammates. This isn't competition or survival of the fittest, it is the insecure and lower performers eliminating the threat to them, high performers. I know most teammates might not see this, I am in a unique position to be around all the LOBs and all levels and titles of people. I could cleanse and heal this place if only someone would listen. I don't think EL want that though. There are some truly demonic people among us.
